An initial consultation for new patients will last up to one hour, and follow-up appointments usually take approximately 45 minutes. A case history will be reviewed, and the patient will be asked to bring along any medication currently prescribed to them. Patients generally require several appointments to clear their problems; however, chronic illnesses may take longer.

An EAV machine is used to give a bio-functional diagnostic to assess the health of different organs and body tissues and allows treatment to be targeted very specifically. It is requested that patients do not apply hand cream or body lotion to their hands or feet before an appointment as this may affect the bio-diagnostics reading. The EAV machine can also test for allergies and sensitivities, though generally the elimination of toxins in the body also resolves the allergy or intolerance.
